Embezzlement no laughing matter for Dane Cook

Cook's brother charged with embezzling millions of dollars from him:

Today, a Wilmington man was arrested in connection with stealing millions of dollars over a period of a year and a half from a national entertainer with local ties who was also his client. Darryl McCauley, age 43, is charged with Larceny over $250 (2 counts), Forgery, and Larceny by Continuous Scheme. McCauley was arrested this evening by Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Attorney General’s Office at his residence without incident. He is expected to be arraigned tomorrow morning in Woburn District Court.

We're talking about millions and millions, including at least one check for $3,000,000.

They filed a complaint to the AG and the AG found probable cause.

Dane Cook will try to get some of it back after the asshole is prosecuted.
