Terrific game, once again full of lead changes and clutch play, with a different result than Game 1. This is a superb series so far. Garnett's injury is what's making it that way (with him in the C's lineup, the Bulls wouldn't have a chance), but the guys are on the court are giving it their all.

What a shot by Ray to win the game. I knew he would come along soon enough. I have prepared myself for inevitable disappointment in the playoffs but now all we can hope for is exciting basketball.

But the Bruins on the other hand........

As exciting as the first game was, this was a much better game by BOTH teams. Truly one of the best basketball games I've ever seen in terms of drama, mano-a-mano between two determined players (Gordon and Ray Allen), unreal individual performances (Thomas with his blocks, Baby with his jumpers, Rondo with his... everything), injuries (Rondo, Powe), inexplicable officiating (what in heck was that T on Noah about?), and, well, it just had everything. Great game.

...but these two games have been a pleasure to watch. Great individual performances and team play, with some awesome athleticism and clutch moments.

I don't think the C's get enough credit for putting guys like Davis and Powe on their roster. Both were 2nd round picks if I remember correctly.

As a Bulls fan, I'm still blown away by Gordon when he gets hot like that. The guy is only 6'2", but he manages to get off his shot no matter who is guarding him.
