What do you call a parakeet sitting in the middle of Broadway in Somerville?

I'd call animal shelter, animal control/rescue, PD, in that order.

If none of them can handle it, post "FOUND PARAKEET" signs around a one-block radius.

(Note that a lowercase-T twitterer could simply ask the parakeet where it wants to go.)
