Came through there on my way to work right after this had happened. Fortunately, that section of Comm Ave has the separated access/parking lane and in that section between Warren and Washington, the extra lane goes much steeper and detached from the rest of Comm Ave which ends up below it. There is a senior facility and some sort of healthcare building up there and I saw a fire truck but no real commotion from down on the main lanes of Comm Ave. Traffic wasn't really affected at all by the accident because of how the two parts of Comm Ave there are essentially completely separate roads for those couple blocks.
