Riggs used to blog this sort of thing; now he just tweets. One steady constant since I've been doing this Hub thing: The specific sites might change, but there are always going to be people complaining about the T online (RIP, Bad Transit and T Rage). Twitter just speeds up the process (like the day when I scooped the MSM on systemwide power outage, not because I'm a better reporter but because all of a sudden my Twitter client started lighting up with all these reports from people on all the lines about how the power was out).
