Jamaica Plain to host belt sanding competition once again

The New England Belt Sander Racing Association's 2006 Winter Nationals is Feb. 4, noon to 8 p.m. at Kenyon Woodworking, 179 Boylston St. If you've never seen belt sanders race down a wooden course, you don't know what you've been missing.

Yes, yes, but I felt so proud to have found out about such a completely cool thing! This really quiet guy at my job mentioned that he was going to be in my neighborhood for this thing, and I was all over it!
