Other than the fact that he's for same-sex marriage, the caption is correct

A photo with a bostonherald.com story on same-sex marriage proclaims:

Rabbi Daniel Judson (reform jewish) of Temple Beth David in Canton speaks to media against gay marriage.

As Mass. Marrier points out, Judson, in fact, is very much in favor of same sex marriage:

... In 2005, Rabbi Judson was presented the Signer's Award at the Massachusetts State House from the Religious Coalition for the Freedom to Marry, for his efforts to ensure the right to marry for gays and lesbians. He organized 100 Rabbis to sign an ad in the Boston Globe in support of gay and lesbian marriage. ...

Speaking of that story, in which Cardinal Sean O'Malley called for a referendum on the gay-marriage issue, Car Pundit is amazed that the cardinal now favors democracy:

When did the Catholic Church decide it was a good idea to let people make their own decisions? ...

My same old newspaper disclosure.

I don't know what the printed caption said, but the online one now says "Rabbi Daniel Judson of Temple Beth David in Canton speaks to media. (File)"

"When did the Catholic Church decide it was a good idea to let people make their own decisions?"
When they came under too much scrutiny for telling parishoners to vote for or against particular candidates during sermons.
But what I want to know is how did a man named Judson end up as a rabbi ?
