That's Milton Kapner, aka Brother Nathanael. Looks like he's recovered from the drive-by shooting seen in last week's Brookline Tab.

Local Dillon Valley man accused of harassing Brother Nathanael, 2/1/07:

Kephart interviewed a witness, who said that she heard Smith "yelling threatening and taunting statements" at Kapner, the release said.

At the time, Smith was holding a flagpole with both an American flag and a pirate flag on it. A 3-foot sword and a skull were also on the pole.

Tuesday's incident was the third time Silverthorne Police were summoned to a situation involving Smith or Kapner this week.

Q: Can you tell us about your recent problems at the Ski Resorts?

Br Nathanael: Copper Mountain and Keystone Ski Resorts have issued "No Trespass" orders against me. They are concerned about their image and have made up stories about me that I am threatening little children and am a safety hazard. I asked them for proof of their allegations against me but so far they cannot find anyone to sign their names to the so-called "complaints."
