Short walk to Dunkin' Donuts

I've been out of the apartment scene for awhile now, so I guess I didn't realize the importance of Dunkin' Donuts proximity as a selling point.

Dunkin' Donut's coffee doesn't have enough flavor as far as I'm concerned, but it is the only place selling coffee as early as I like to buy it. It also happens to be on the first floor of my building. I can't complain. They even remember how I like it.
On days I don't have to get up as early - weekends and such - I prefer the independent cafe that's further away just across the street.
It's a fine selling point. There's a reason why these places are able to exist seemingly within view of each other. That's why I listed it in my ad. I'm glad you're bringing more attention to it. :)

Which I feel him on. There is nothing worse than a ten minute walk to coffee when you're hungover. Oog.

My last three apartments were literally within a stone's throw of one Dunkie's or another. While that wasn't a requirement for my choosing those places (nor was it mentioned in the ads), it was a major bonus. My current place is about 1/2 mile from one, but their morning crew is the slowest on earth so I never stop there on the way to work unless I feel like tearing out my own hair and that of everyone else within a 100-foot radius before 8:30 a.m. I do stop in regularly, however, on my way home and on weekends. The building I'm moving to in about 2 weeks isn't far from a DD's, but the coffee mecca is in the opposite direction from my commute. The landlords not only didn't mention Dunkie's in the ad; they also failed to mention the apartment's proximity to Kelly's Roast Beef and Bianchi's Pizza. Clearly these people have no idea what draws people in. Laundry in the unit? Indoor pool? Water view? Pshaw!
