They do it at Sullivan, too. It isn't uncommon to find them blocking the ramps and sidewalks along what is left of broadway as it goes along the parking lots and intersects the bussways.

Same as others, only here they block the crosswalk, making it difficult for my pregnant wife to reach the T stop.
