Boston Police report the sweet-toothed bandit struck again - robbing the Dunkin' Donuts at 471 Brookline Ave. in the Longwood medical area shortly before 4 p.m. on Saturday:

... The suspect used a large black gun that he pulled from a bag during this robbery. Suspect was described as a black male wearing black sunglasses and a black cap. The suspect stole an unknown amount of money from the register of the store. Surveillance video from this robbery indicates that the suspect fled in a green Ford pick-up truck (possibly a Ranger) on Brookline Ave. towards Longwood Ave.

The suspect is most often described as a black male, age 30-35, thin build, 5'5"-5'8", carrying a black shoulder bag.

This marks the 19th robbery linked to one or possibly two black men who typically show a weapon (sometimes a knife, sometimes a gun, sometimes what appears to be a shotgun), order a clerk to the ground and then rifle the cash register.
