Dorchester guy with a fondness for Beacon Hill might want to consider another neighborhood

Boston Police report being called to 17 Phillips St. on Beacon Hill around 10 a.m. yesterday to remove a guy allegedly sitting on the steps smoking weed - two days after he'd been shooed away from the same address. Police say that when they arrested Fitzgerald Casimir, 27, of Dorchester, they found he had a large, double-bladed serrated knife in addition to the green leafy substance.
