They got the right to get their own ballot, even though they have no listed candidate, because they didn't go through that soul-crushing party-nominating process (hee hee). These forms require smudging the write-in oval and then doing that thing. They are telling their folk to write in Joe Kennedy, no relation to the late Senator.
