Transit Police report arresting Abdulkadir Abbas, 33, for allegedly punching out a window on an Orange Line train at Ruggles last night.
Police say Abbas punched the window around 10:15 p.m., then got on the train - where passengers promptly pointed him out to arriving officers.
Abbas is scheduled for arraignment today in Roxbury District Court on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250 - police say it will cost $430 to replace the window.
In 2011, Abbas was charged with groping a woman on the Orange Line after staring at her for several stops.
Innocent, etc.

Smash and Grab is so
Smash and Grab is so yesterday - it's all Smash and Grope now!
I know that look.
That's the same face I make when I'm trying to look "not that drunk". It's like I'm trying to open my eyes wide so I appear alert and functional, but I also don't really have much feeling in my face so I severely overdo it.
I call it "Le Tigre".
I don't think that's the look
From his look and actions, the guy appears to be mentally disturbed and I'm not sure if cycling him through the legal system/prisons is the best thing for him/society. He'll likely get no help and be back on the streets in a few months only to get arrested for something else. Hopefully no one else gets harmed.
Ban from MBTA
If only banning someone from the MBTA was as easy as driving license suspension.
Because we all know
that nobody who has their license suspended gets behind the wheel of a car.
