Are we sure Tom Brady wasn’t even the slightest bit concussed while handing the Pittsburgh Steelers a Week 1 drubbing? It would neatly explain the Patriots quarterback’s most recent comments supporting his friend, 2012 Republican presidential hopeful and human paraquat Donald Trump.

Tom Brady is endorsing what Donald Trump is selling. I can praise Brady's preparation and savvy and good decision-making on the gridiron and at the same time lose all faith in his judgment about politics, and I have.

Then there's this: Tom Brady wants a Trump presidency because "There would be a putting green on the White House lawn." President Ike Eisenhower (R-KS) installed one in 1954. Anyone know, was Tom a history major at Michigan? I hope not.
