I mean, we're talking about people who step out in front of cars, trucks, and trains, miss parking signage, and can't seem to find the trash cans with their garbage every day in Allston/Brighton/Brookline. I can understand why they might worry someone would miss the place when they're lucky their customers even make it in the door without dying to traffic outside.

perhaps they should finish the worlds slowest construction project so that block isnt' a clusterf**k for driving? The worlds worst parking lot is even worse.. on month 5 of being closed..

I've only been there once, but I consider Blanchard's a pretty significant landmark.

If people say "take a right at Blanchard's", it doesn't need a bigger sign.

The owner needs more light to stomp puppies by.

Clientele? You mean "the leaders of the future"? College students can't afford to booze shop anywhere else--and neither can poor bloggers! I say: long live Blanchards! say it loud; say it PROUD!!!

You clearly havent lived/needed to shop for liquor in that area.

Wine Celler has prices 10-20% higher.

The one by fenway....whats it called, its now next to the gas station, offers pretty much the same prices as blanchards.
