Stabbing downtown

Several streets downtown became a taped-off crime scene tonight after somebody was stabbed at Washington and Hayward streets around 7:30 p.m.

What's with the epidemic of
What's with the epidemic of people having no problem killing each other over nothing? Not even brawls -outright murder as a means of settling some beef. WTF is going on?

Problem is the police can't seem to catch a f'n cold. Not saying its a lack of trying but it starting to seem like the city is growing to quick for them and if people keep getting away with crap like this people are just gonna get braver and braver.

Seems like the original poster was describing a cultural problem--a group of people who have no problem settling a beef by murdering the other party. I'm not sure what exactly the police are going to do about that.
And, then, when someone does get caught, there's another group of people who don't want to "snitch" to the police.

That explains it. SL got diverted and we had to walk down washington around 7 and saw Chinatown taped off, but not tweets form the T about chinatown problems...
