Kids spend some serious time vandalizing Brighton church, but no time looking for security cameras
Boston Police report they are looking for three young people in connection with vandalism at Our Lady of Presentation Church on Washington Street sometime between Nov. 23 and 25.
Officers observed the floor of the Church covered with residue from two fire extinguishers that had been set off by the vandals. An oil painting of the Pope was found on the second floor, cut up and defaced with phrases such as “Devil’s Star,” “Expletive God,” and “Scooby Doo.” The church organ was destroyed and a gold crucifix was removed from the altar and placed near the front entrance. Also damaged was an alarm transmitter and a window.
Officers found a bag of Tostito chips, a container of Pringles, a bottle of Sprite, a water bottle, and a half empty bottle of Italian wine at the scene.
If you know them, contact D-14 detectives at 617-343-4256 or the anonymous tip line by calling 800-494-TIPS or texting TIP to CRIME (27463).

Well, let's see if they get caught... I don't think those pictures are terrific.
More likely is that one of them is going to brag to a friend about what they did. Then the friend dimes them out, and it's all over.
