Apparently, almost all kids in Everett walk to and from school, so the issue is more protecting them from frostbite out on the streets than issues in school buildings.
Hoping all of the children have heat in their homes. I know in Boston there are children that have their only meals of the day at school and at times have no heat or electricity.
My son had two classrooms at the high school lose heat already today.
