Jamaica Plain having a bit of a power problem

Reports are coming in from Jamaica Plain of a power failure along Washington Street from Green south towards Forest Hills. Power is out at Green and Amory and Sumner Hill. The traffic lights at Green and Washington are out.
NStar, um, Eversource Energy, reports 877 customers without power in Boston.

I called them on Monday for the usual NStar shit since they suck and the sales rep tripped over the words, what a stupid thing.
Although it's not just a namechange, looks like we've the workings of a new baby bell situation here.

My neighbor says power was out at 11:00 a.m. and back on about 90 minutes later.

Would NSTAR rebilling exceed savings with a new Supplier?...
Do charges for recalculating/rebilling the previous months with NSTAR EverSource at "Variable" Rate instead of at current Dec/Jan "Blended Fixed" Rate exceed savings with a 10 month term .1055/kWh offer from Con Edison Solutions?... A question that depends on knowing meter reading date, billing cycle, date of switchover.
