Trash day?
Is Monday the trash collection day in this area? It's not delayed in many sections of the city.
Right but
the trash and recycling is all mixed together. That's a code violation any day.
oh god
a code violation
somebody call the fiyah depahtment
Isn't That the Liquor Store Next to the Pile?
Perhaps they have private (commercial) pick up and were placing the material out so not to have a fire hazard inside the building? Many liquor stores stockpile boxes before Christmas for customer use on the days prior to the holiday.
I know Ms./Mr. Fussy may not like it, but maybe the truck driver was arriving late today? See inside your heart and see the magic of St. Stephen's Day and suck it up and know that the stuff will most likely be removed and their Toonie sense of properness will be restored.
On the upside, it seems there is a hell amount of recycling going on here.
I doubt a townie called this
I doubt a townie called this in...
they might have!
is there a payphone nearby?
What the hell is a payphone?
What the hell is a payphone?
He said "toonie"
Toonies is the derogatory nickname Townies give to Yuppies who move in and gentrify the old neighborhood. As in "I can't friggin' believe that Toonie paid $650,000 for the shithole apartment where Uncle Sonny lived right after he got out of Concord Reformatory back in '78"
Yah but it got granite
Yah but it got granite countah tops now so it's all luxury
Asinine
It looks like this every Monday morning. They have a private company haul it away shortly after putting the trash out. No idea why anyone complained.
Pro tip.
If you're going to be snarky, try taking your head out of your ass. That's recycling from the liquor store, and townies/toonies alike are familiar with the schedule.
I know it's difficult to resist swooping in and telling us all how it is from the mean streets of Costello land, but perhaps you and swirrly can find another outlet.
I blame the inflatables
I think the inflatables had a party and left them after a night of N2O huffing.
So there.
