Person dies after winding up under car in Mission Hill sliding crash

UPDATE: NBC Boston reports the person died.
Happened shortly before 6 p.m. at Hillside and Sunset streets. The homicide and accident-reconstruction units were called in due to the severity of her injuries. First responders had some trouble getting to the scene due to the slippery roads.

The roads were bad this
The roads were bad this afternoon. Lots of people tailgaiting when others were driving 5-10mph to avoid sliding all over the road. I hope he makes it through in the end.

I second Ron's comment, are you just referring to the hill? I live in the area and many recent events are leading me to believe its not safe in general, was curious if you were also thinking that...
It's as good a time as any to
It's as good a time as any to remind everyone that it's difficult to stop when it's snowy/icy... even with a skilled driver going at a reasonable speed. Every time I drive in snowstorms, there's way too many pedestrians darting out in front of cars, cars pulling out of side streets in front of oncoming traffic, parking spaces, etc. Give everyone a little extra space.
She was on the sidewalk
