Can't I just register then go steal the bikes? Do you really think it would be that hard to get an access card without using your real name?

It would probably be better to simply lock your bike in the cage.

I don't know why people would leave their bikes unlocked in the cages... it's not like the cages... protect the bikes from someone walking out with them.
