Man shot to death in possible road-rage incident on Dudley Street

UPDATE: Police identify the victim as Luis Ramos, 40. His friends knew him as Red.
Stanley Staco reports a person was shot repeatedly around 3:45 p.m. outside 571 Dudley St.
Boston Police reports he was in his late 30s and add:
Preliminary information indicates that the shooting may have been precipitated by a confrontation related to road rage.
Police are looking for a black or dark blue Mercedes SUV or Jeep with dark tinted windows, driven by a black woman, with a black male passenger in a gray hoodie.

A lot of money went into rebuilding that burnt out stretch of formerly vacant lots (late 1960s arson) into a livable area again. Unfortunately the drug dealing gang members haven't taken their cue to move on.
