Woman steals man's gun and fanny pack out of his Back Bay locker, but doesn't get far, police say

Boston Police report arresting a woman they say entered a work locker room in Copley Place on Huntington Avenue in the Back Bay, broke into a man's locker and stole his licensed, loaded gun around 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday.

Alicia Foss, 35, also stole a fanny pack from the man's locker, police say.

Officers searched the area and located the suspect in the area of Exeter Street. She was placed into handcuffs without incident. Officers recovered a firearm from the victim’s stolen fanny pack. The firearm was determined to be a loaded Canik TP9 SF Elite.

She was charged with illegal possession of a firearm, illegal possession of ammunition, larceny of a firearm, unarmed burglary, larceny from a building, trespassing and malicious destruction of property, police say. Property. She is expected to be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
