Coffee isn't the only thing that gets hot at one Dunkin' Donuts

No word if they were arguing about whether Rachael Ray sucks or not, but an employee at the Dunkin' Donuts at 401 Watertown St. in Newton now faces charges for allegedly throwing a cup of hot coffee at another worker during an argument on Dec. 8, the Tab reports. The specific charge:

Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (cup of coffee).

She does suck. And after that whole McDonald's fiasco, clearly a cup of coffee is dangerous. Especially if you are holding it between your legs in a moving car while wearing sweatpants.

is that someone is actually pressing charges against the coffee wielding coworker.

Boiling hot water is a weapon. No question. If it is cold or iced, no problem. Scalding and second-degree burns are no laughing matter. I don't even think the coworker has to press charges, the police can.

Don't believe me? Pour a fresh cup of dunkins over your own head and see how pathetic you are afterwards!

Remember that meter maid last year? Some eurotrash a#%hole threw a cup in her face. She was treated for burns.I think the funniest part of the story is that it was the employees fighting. He could have used the whole pot AND thrown some doughnuts at his coworker if he had been thinking straight.
I'd also be curious as to how long it took the cops to get there? My guess is pretty fast.
