East Boston construction company charged with not paying workers enough, then lying about it

GVW, Inc. charged with six counts of failing to pay workers "prevailing wages" on public projects, three counts of failing to pay overtime, six counts of failing to provide accurate payroll records and two counts of perjury, in an indictment released today.
