Nobody injured, nothing more to see, Boston Police tweet, adding he was talked down by the hostage negotiation team.

Local 718 tweets the guy was on an eighth-floor ledge on the inner part of the Congress Street side of the building around 2 p.m. and that fire crews deployed a large air bag in case he jumped.
He demanded to see Menino
The Globe reports he repeatedly yelled: "Yo quiero ver a Menino!"
