Is there anything good about Boston City Hall?

You may recall how some group named City Hall Plaza the worst public space in the entire world. C1tyw0rker, who works in the packing crate Faneuil Hall came in, is determined to find at least one nice thing about City Hall and City Hall Plaza:

What gets to me the most

What gets to me the most is that the powers that were decided to knock down Scollay Square and all of the "old" parts of the city to pave it over! If you look at pre-city hall pictures, it looks the way an old city should with rowhouses, shops and bars. This has to be the most useless plot of land in the city and there's not too much they can do to fix it short of knocking it down.
