but the waitstaff can be sooo nasty!
We used to all go hang there after our New Voices open-mic, but one waitress in particular loathed us so much, you'd think her lip would fall off from the curling. We had to give it up. And yes, we did tip--generously!
I've been there a few times
I've been there a few times and once our waiter was absolutely terrible. Really rude. The rest of the times they were fine, but I'll still go there because the food is good and the prices are right. I like Zaftigs, too, though.
