Boston Police report a woman was indecently attacked around 3 a.m. on Saturday at Boston and Mayhew streets in Dorchester - almost two months after another woman was similarly attacked late at night in the area of Farragut Road in South Boston.

In both cases, the attacker was described as a Hispanic man in his 20s; in one case, 5'9" or 5'10" and in the other 5'7" to 5'9." Also, in both cases, the women screamed for help and the guy then ran off.

A South Boston man with one OUI conviction under his belt and facing charges for another alleged OUI incident was ordered held without bail after he allegedly hit a woman walking across Day Boulevard yesterday evening - sending her 15 feet into the air - and then just driving off, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. Tiny house at Castle Island

Castle Island regular Eileen Murphy ran across some people filming "World's Smallest House" with a tiny unit they probably just brought in for the filming, rather than something they're actually going to try to rent out, although one would probably have to check with the BRA to be sure.

First responders rushed to the Summer Street bridge around 8:30 a.m. on a report of a person in the water. Eileen Murphy reports they recovered a body.

A man who apparently decided to try to evade justice at South Boston Municipal Court shortly before noon quickly found himself being tracked by Boston police officers. Eventually, as one does in Southie, he found himself at the water, in this case the beach at O Street. Read more.

A concerned citizen complains about the clouds of dust bursting from the St. Augustine project, in which the former school is being demolished. Another concerned citizen reports the entire neighborhood now reeks of paint.

Mayor Walsh says his administration and Vertex have negotiated a roughly 25% cut in a property-tax deal for Vertex because the company did not bring as many jobs to the South Boston waterfront as it had originally said it would. Read more.

Capt. John Greland at District C-6 reports that a guy who'd come all the way up from Rhode Island spent most of his weekend in a holding cell after he was arrested for an attempted breaking and entering at 652 E. 2 St. around 3:10 a.m. on Saturday.

Around 12:10 a.m. today, somebody else tried breaking into a residence at 46 O St., only to be confronted by the owner, who made it clear the guy was not welcome. He's described as white, 5'8" and heavy, wearing ripped blue jeans and a black hoodie.

Legal Test Kitchen, 225 Northern Ave., goes before the Boston Licensing Board next week to seek permission to keep its outdoor patio open until 2 a.m. The restaurant currently has to shut it at 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 p.m. on Sunday.

Legal Harborside, 270 Northern Ave., meanwhile, hopes to gain permission to keep its patio open until 2 a.m. seven days a week.

The board considers the requests on Wednesday in its eighth-floor hearing room in City Hall. Hearings start at 10 a.m.

The Boston Business Journal reports on Tishman Speyer's new look for the proposed office and residential buildings it wants to put on Pier 4. The actual old Anthony's building will be replaced with a park. The company purchased the property from another developer, who had BRA approval for its own plans, last December.
