Two guys with a gun robbed Mr. Convenience, 646 Blue Hill Ave., around 11:20 p.m. on Friday.

Around 10 tonight, one guy with a gun robbed 786 Market, 249 Blue Hill Avenue, Stanley Staco reports.

Mary Celeste Holmes of Roxbury charges Transit Police officers violated her civil rights when she complained about the way they were allegedly manhandling an elderly woman at the Dudley T station and they responded by using pepper spray on her, beating her with a baton and smacking her phone out of her hands as she was on the line with 911. The Globe reports the gunfire that forced the evacuation of the DCR pool at MLK Boulevard and Washington Street Monday afternoon was from two guys calmly shooting at people arriving at the Melnea Cass center for a remembrance for Angel Oller, one of two men shot to death in Egleston Square last week.

Boston Police are investigating gunfire in front of their Tremont Street headquarters around 9:15 p.m.

The apparent targets were two men on bicycles across Tremont from the headquarters; the shots came from Tremont and Whittier, between BPD HQ and Northeastern's International Village building. Police have two suspects in custody after foot chases just across Melnea Cass Boulevard, on the other side of Tremont.

The Supreme Judicial Court ruled today Suffolk County prosecutors cannot use a gun that fell down a man's pant leg after he was stopped by police as evidence against him because officers didn't have enough evidence to warrant "seizing" him in the first place.

Boston Police report the two men shot to death last night on Ernst Street are Andrew Reed, 28, and Angel Oller, 20. A third man was shot, is expected to survive, police say.

The Supreme Judicial Court ruled today a 2012 state law that tries to crack down on sex trafficking is constitutional and so two Roxbury pimps got almost everything they deserved as the first two people convicted under it.

The state's highest court ruled that the law had sufficient details of the crimes with which it was concerned and did not violate any federal or state protections against arbitrary prosecution.

Around 2:15 a.m. on Annunciation Road, behind Wentworth and BPD headquarters. Kevin Wiles Jr. reports the victim's injuries were serious enough to have the homicide unit called in just in case.

Somebody was grazed by a bullet around 12:40 a.m. at Ziegler Street and Bethune Way. Three cars and one building on Shabazz Way were also hit.

BFD reports the cause of the fire was "a child with a lighter on the top floor."

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 6 Waverly St. shortly before 12:30 p.m. for a fire that quickly went to three alarms. Read more.

An Iowa man pleaded guilty yesterday to a federal charge of threatening the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center over Facebook, the US Attorney's office reports.

Gerald Wayne Ledford was arrested in June in Iowa after FBI agents traced a threatening photo on the mosque's Facebook page to him.

He is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 15.
