From Allston to Beacon Hill, Citizens Connect is filled with complaints of sky-reaching trash heaps, stacks of vermin-infested couches and mattresses, of Nooyawkas daring to park in resident-only spaces as they unload their spawn. City inspectors were everywhere, walking around in their blue T-shirts that read "ISD" on the back (not to be confused with the hordes of red-shirted Comcast reps and the poor, lonely single RCN rep in a purple shirt).
