WBUR reports on the planned IPO of Dunkin' Brands and notes that the filing states there is one Dunk's for every 9,700 people in New England and New York. That ratio has got to be way lower within 128, right?
A few years ago I met someone who worked for Dunks corporate and according to her there was one for every 6,000 residents in MA and one per 5,000 in RI. Hence her job, identifying new markets ripe for expansion!
