Elevator lighting
tends to be harsh. The suspect probably has a mild to moderate sunburn which appeared worse under the harsh lighting. Obviously, someone who spends a lot of time outdoors in the hot sun.
Were you there?
The elevator has bright fluorescent lights. The attacker was red on his face but not neck. His movements were characteristic of someone on a controlled substance.
Hold on sunshine
why so hostile? Sorry, I didn't get the part about his neck and face. Yes, it makes sense he was on some kind[s] of drugs, or for that matter he could have been plain, old shitfaced.
I only mentioned the lighting in most elevators because it's often harsh, which can affect the way someone looks.
And no boss, I wasn't there.
not making light of a terrible attack but...

Hooray!
finally something bad happens and it's called by the correct name: Fort Point. The realtors are not going to be too happy though.
What an awful attack!
I'm glad the woman fought free and managed to escape. I do, however, hope that the guy who attacked this woman is caught and put away behind bars, before he attacks and possibly injures or kills someone who doesn't have the ability or option to fight back.
