Boston has been neurotic about this crap since the Erie Canal forever sealed its fate as a quaint coastal backwater where the wealthy send their brats for credentials and good marriages.
One shining example of this neurosis made real is that 2.9 Million dollar merry go round in an otherwise desolate grass patch because no budget remained for landscaping.
A graft grift overblown toy will surely put us over the world class top and, as a bonus, the anxious back peddle to make it seem like it'll 'pay for itself results in short overpriced rides to all but assure that most people will pass on the brief spin to hear what the Fox sez.
It makes for an interesting effect like the circus left town but forgot its carousel.
