New Hampshire State Police report arresting Sean Reardon, 36, of Dorchester, after saying they clocked him doing 128 on I-93 in the Lakes Region town of Ashland on a 2013 Suzuki GSXR 600:
Reardon was operating on a motorcycle learner’s permit at the time of the incident. Reardon was subsequently arrested and released and ordered to appear before the Plymouth Circuit Court on July 28, 2016 to answer to the charge of Reckless Operation.

Boston Police report arresting Kevin Graham, 36, and Ellis Golden, 32, for the Aug. 12, 2004 murder of Thomas Hawkins on Theodore Street.
Both are scheduled for arraignment tomorrow in Dorchester Municipal Court.

Boston Police today identified the man shot to death on Southern Avenue Thursday night as David Stewart, 22, of Dorchester.
His friends knew Stewart, who attended South Boston High School, as Bones.
No arrests have been made.
Police say he is not the same person who was arrested during a melee on May 11.

A Dorchester man charged with firing a bullet that grazed a 52-year-old woman's head as she was leaving church in Codman Square was actually aiming at two men who were arguing nearby, a prosecutor said today. Read more.
A federal judge in Boston this week sentenced Raymond Jeffreys, 28, to 30 years in federal prison after he pled guilty to charges of sex trafficking, tampering with a witness by attempting to kill him, and making false statements to a federal agent, the US Attorney's office reports. Read more.

Jeff Durham reports somebody was shot around 9:15 p.m. at Southern Avenue and Darlington Street and that the person was taken away in bad shape. This makes the third shooting in the area since Friday.

For the second day in a row, gunfire erupted in Codman Square, but this time, somebody was shot - a woman, in the head, around 6:40 p.m., John Duffill reports, adding the shooter was aiming at somebody else. Read more.
The BRA today approved the Dot Block complex, which would replace a series of low-slung storefronts and industrial buildings at Dorchester Avenue and Hancock Street with 384 apartments, 60,000 square feet of retail space and a 450-car garage.
