The 13 rich white men who want to run the state

Marjorie Arons-Barron ponders the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, which consists of 13 businessmen:

... Does Massachusetts really need a tiny self-selected, elitist group of powerful people who want to do things the old way, by excluding other voices and not using the ideas and energies of a whole new generation of people highly invested in the future of Massachusetts and already making a difference? ...

While you're not a fan of Adrian Walker, he made a fabulously tongue-in-cheek comment in today's Globe:

You may have been as shocked as I was to learn yesterday that Boston’s business community has been feeling neglected by our political leadership.

Score one for Walker.

And that's the one and only kick-ass WOMAN in the bunch - Laura Sen, the head of BJ's, who is probably smarter than them all!

It's great that she's already written them off before they've even done anything. No wonder no one wants to get involved in public life anymore!

It'll start out small, then as the word gets out, we'll start seeing small changes, barely noticeable at first.
First, Dudley Sq. will be renamed Myra Kraft Square, then high schools all over the state will start changing names. For example, Revere High will be called Kelly's High School, Avon High will be called Jordan's High School, and Madison Park High will become the Skip Gates Academy. And how many of us REALLY knows what goes on over at 217 Comm Ave?

While I appreciate your ongoing desire to show people how much you hate white people, the headline is not accurate. Is Laura Sen not a woman?

I was basically headline-quoting Marjorie. So, OK, make that 13 white guys and a white woman. As Majorie notes, where are the minority businesspeople?

We already have a group that continues to do things the old (i.e corrupt) way. I think the competition would be great for this state

Those that can, do; those that can't, write blogs.

Adage. Addage, if such a word exists, is what you failed to learn in elementary school when the rest of us were figuring out what you get when you put 2 and 2 together. If you're going to be insulting bloggers, my advice would be to spellcheck your posts before you put them on that person's blog. You dope.

"Addage"

I thought that word was related to its cousin, "suckage". But, I could be mistaken.
