Boston firefighters are at the Old Colony Avenue underpass at Columbia Road, where two manholes began smoking around 11:45 a.m.

Gotta love the old infrastructure
A few months back I had smoke coming out of the conduit coming into my building. It took them 3 days to figure out how to get the old wire pulled through with the new wire following behind.
