If Revere Beach is going to end up lined with hotel and condo high(ish) rises (and it's pretty close to that now), I wish there were some way to stipulate that new construction needs to include a public restaurant or bar or some sort of patio or deck area where people can wind down their beach day with a lobster roll, burger, etc and a beer. Because there are surprisingly few options now, and the few that do exist are either packed, suspiciously empty, or seemingly always closed. Kelly's and Bianchi's are institutions (my understanding is that the developer building on the Bianchi's lot is being asked to find a way to include Bianchi's in the development), but they're both take out. The beach needs more places like those two, with booze, and seating where you don't need to be on constant guard against seagulls.

Also I really hope Bill Ash's is staying put.
