Two-alarm fire damages three-family home on Dorr Street in Roxbury

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 14 Dorr St. in Roxbury around 6 p.m. for what turned into a two-alarm fire.

Around 9 p.m., the fire rekindled, but firefighters who remained on scene for just such a possibility quickly doused it again.

One firefighter suffered minor injuries and seven residents were displaced, the department says.

The department reports the fire heavily damaged porches on the second and third floors and got into the attic.
