One dead in triple stabbing at Blue Hill Avenue house party

Boston Police report a man in his 20s was stabbed repeatedly around 4:30 a.m. at 568 Blue Hill Ave. He was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Two other men were also stabbed, but are expected to survive.

That's a Stamatos property and it's been a problem property for years along with their other properties right there (576 and 580 BHA). And surely that basement is an illegal space; ISD and the BFD ought to be all over that.
