Gunfire a couple blocks from B3 police station

I used to live in that block and there were incidents often until the city foreclosed on the big multi-generational drug house and the house behind it on wilcock street ( next street over). Sometimes the people coming and going from kays oasis on the corner of Blue hill would get into fights or shoot at each other. And the tenant that lives in the basement apartment next to the beauty salon that is next to kays has major issues so I wouldn't be surprised if it was related to her....but there are also many good people that live in that area!
