Five years for killing his friend

Enrique Baez, 18, of Jamaica Plain, was sentenced to five to seven years in jail for fatally shooting Cheyenne Baez, 19 while playing with a loaded .357 handgun on April 8, 2007. Cheyenne Baez's family is not happy with the sentence.

No malice? Tell me again why he had a 357 magnum with the numbers filed off? Did he stick flowers in the barrel? The first time I read about 357s, it was in an article about hunting big game - they were using them to kill wilderbeests and elephants. Nice.
