Zerola after the
Gary Zerola, the former assistant DA who has been cleared in rape cases in two states, is in trouble with the law again - this time for allegedly hitting a police officer who tried to get him to stop urinating in public near Faneuil Hall after last night's Celtics win.
The Suffolk DA's office says Zerola, who served as an assistant DA in both Suffolk and Essex counties, is slated for arraignment this morning in Boston Municipal Court on charges of disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
He is one of at least 14 people Boston Police say they arrested in the area around Boston Garden last night.
