After Guantanamo, will Obama do something about the four men framed by the Boston FBI?

J.M. Lawrence reminds us the Justice Department continues to fight a settlement for the four men sent away for a 1965 gangland murder in Chelsea that they didn't commit:

... Boston Justice has learned that Justice Department attorney Joshua Paul Waldman has asked the court to put off argument until mid-May. Waldman's wife is having their baby in February and he is scheduled for paternity leave. He says there's no need to rush the case and contends he's the only one who can argue it, not the other three government lawyers on the appeal.

"Plaintiffs also point to their ages and, in some instances, their ill health as a basis for expedition. But there is no emergency or impending deadline in this case that might warrant expedition," Waldman, 39, told the court in a December letter. If the plaintiffs win, they can seek interest, he noted. ...
