Police: Pair of suburbanites just can't handle big-city excitement
By adamg on Mon, 02/15/2010 - 3:17pm
Boston Police report two suburban guys' alleged idea of a good time was to break the window of their fifth-floor room at the Holiday Inn on Friend Street very early Saturday morning and then start throwing beer bottles and cans out of it.
Hotel workers called police to escort them out; police warned them they were no longer welcome and would be arrested if they returned.
Bryant Tyo, 23, of Bellingham, allegedly disregarded that advice; police say they found him not long after sitting in a chair in the hotel lobby, at which point they arrested him on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.
Innocent, etc.

Here's guessing their defense was, "You should expect that kind of stuff if you live in the city!" I love it when suburbanites say that.

You should expect the city to be busy at night, and not quiet as the countryside.
But I don't think I've ever heard someone saying that you should expect broken windows and flying beer cans at night. Try harder next time, you should have blamed it on college kids.
it was a joke you idiot.

So, His Criminal Warranty Just Expired?
As of 1/9/2010, he was no longer on probation? In other words, no extra credit when he gets sentenced for this one? Too bad.
