Man charged with Charlestown stabbing

Boston Police report arresting Charles Phillips, 29, on charges he repeatedly stabbed a woman in the arm during a fight at 61 Monument St. around 7 p.m. on Feb. 4.

Phillips was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon following his arrest in South Boston yesterday, police say. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of her non-life-threatening injuries, police say.
