The Globe reports on the arraignment today of two Roxbury teens for that bus crash on Dudley Street.

Michael Anthony Baptista, who said he was on his way to a job fair, was released on personal recognizance. Felix Garcia was ordered held for violating bail conditions on unrelated larceny and assult charges.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's office paints a different picture, saying in a statement:

Channel 4 reports Michael Baptista, 19, and Felix Garcia, 18, were arrested in connection with Monday's crash on Dudley Street.

AlertNewEngland reports a 34E bus and a car collided outside the Stop & Shop at the Dedham Mall around 3:20 p.m. Five bus passengers and the driver of the car were taken to local hospitals with minor neck and back injuries.

The T reports the driver of the car was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign, and that the bus suffered minor damage to the right side; the auto moderate damage to the front.

Sometime after 9 p.m., Monday, AlertNewEngland reports. Passengers on one outbound train were put on a bus at Porter for a ride to Belmont while authorities investigated and cleaned up the scene.

We're hearing tales that a rare four-hump, um, car Green Line trolley was spotted in the tunnels between Kenmore and Park after Sox games this past weekend. Could it return after tonight's Rays games? Of course, its name is Tessie. Pix or it doesn't exist.

The Globe reports the MBTA will phase in a quiet car on every rush-hour train on its 13 lines. Full shushitude should be by June.

The T is planning its version of Boston's Citizens Connect system, which lets smartphone owners file complaints - and attach photos to go with them.

T General Manager Richard Davey told his board of directors yesterday that by the end of this month, the T will release a toolkit that will let software developers adapt the Boston system for use on public transit:

The Herald reports MBTA officials figure a full shutdown would let them rehab the station in less time and wouldn't drag on forever and ever like certain other T-stop projects one could think of.

State officials didn't add a $200-million rehab of what was supposed to be a temporary facility to their capital budget, the Jamaica Plain Gazette reports.
