Happened on 128 at Rte. 20, backing up 128 southbound and halting inbound service on the Fitchburg Line, since part of the truck seemed to have landed on the tracks, only it didn't.
Transit Police report arresting Tyreke Mastin, 20, on charges he trailed two women in the Quincy Adams parking garage in failed attempts to steal their cars last Thursday.
In both cases, the women were able to get into their cars and drive away.
